Hello,
Is there any specific error shown in the saving process?
Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello,
This can be caused by wrong file permission, file path or due to the security policy (via some plugin or hosting) blocking access to admin-ajax.php.
Also, you can try changing the default address of WordPress page http to https or reverse from General Settings.
If these do not solve the problem, can you set a temp admin and share the credentials at support(at)user-meta.com?
Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello,
Try this documentation: https://user-meta.com/documentation/export-import/#document-2
You just need to assign an existing/newly created field for each data column while importing users.
Thanks
sourov aminMemberHello Christopher,
Is your client using the latest version of UMP (2.0.2)?
If not, please upgrade to the latest version.sourov aminMemberHello,
Thank you for the suggestion.
This will be considered in future versions.Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello,
Thank you for the suggestion/request.
You can find the “Dev Changelog” beside the Dev Version download link,
or through the direct link: https://user-meta.com/dev-changelog/Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello,
Thank you for pointing that out.
We will look into it to fix that ASAP and let you know.Thanks.
sourov aminMemberIt seems, we have an issue in the recent User Meta Pro version 2.0.1 with the custom login form under certain conditions. We will fix this in the next release in no time.
But the default login form of User Meta Pro is working without any problem and it solves the latest issue in this thread. So for now, this one is marked as resolved.
sourov aminMemberHello Nigel,
We are checking the issue and will let you know ASAP.
It would be helpful if it is possible to make a temp admin in your site
and share the credentials at support(at)user-meta.com.Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello,
Is this happening only on UMP file upload or any general media upload is facing the same consequence?
It can be caused by your WordPress upload maximum file size limit.
This article might be helpful: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-http-image-upload-error-in-wordpress/If this is not the problem, can you make a temp admin in your site and share the credentials at support(at)user-meta.com, so the issue can be checked.
Thanks
sourov aminMemberHello,
The invoice has been sent to the corresponding email address.
Thanks
sourov aminMemberHello,
For your purpose you are not supposed to export UMP. “Export UMP” is used to export User Meta forms, settings, and other data. Use the “User Export” form that generates a CSV file with user data. However, you may not export image files directly with CSV.
Sorry if you were misunderstood about that. If the plugin doesn’t meet your requirements, please feel free to request a refund at support(at)user-meta.com.
Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello,
You can customize the error messages from “User Meta >> Settings >> Text”.
Thanks.
sourov aminMemberHello consumerfocus,
Please ensure, you have set up the Password page correctly under “Settings >> Login >> Reset Password Page”. Clicking “View Page” there should take you to the reset password option.
If everything is right, try creating a page with this shortcode
[user-meta type=reset-password]
and set the page as “Reset Password Page”.Thanks.
