– Go to User Meta >> Settings, put your email and password for http://user-meta.com and hit the “Validate” button to validate your license or “Withdraw” to remove from the previous site.

– If the first method fails, follow http://user-meta.com/activation/ to remotely validate or withdraw the license.

– If both methods fail, send an email to support(at)user-meta.com with your site URL and UMP username.

Are you using other reset password or registration plugin as it can be a plugin conflict why UMP reset password email can not be triggered? In that case, try activating “Override default WP emails” email from “User Meta >> Add-ons” and enable “Override email notifications”.

Hello,

You might not be using the “User Export” setup correctly.
Make sure to assign a field for each column data.
If a field is not a default WP field, please choose “Custom Field” as the “Assigning Field” and make sure there is a meta name given under that.

In this case, after creating a new user by an admin you can simply just activate the user from “Users” with clicking the “Activate” link of that individual user.

First, make the file upload field as a shared field then add the field upload field in the user backend profile from “User Meta >> Settings >> Extra fields in backend profile (drag and drop)”.
After that, an admin can view and modify the uploaded photo from the user profile edit option in the backend.

It seems to be a plugin conflicts issue.
Just try deactivating the plugins temporarily one by one which you have installed/updated recently and find out which one is causing the issue.

Is it happening only for the “Export & Import” page?
Did you update or edit the plugin recently?
Plugin conflicts can be responsible for that.
Can you share the URL of your “Export & Import” page to support(at)user-meta.com?
