Page not found when acess Export

Hi, I have installed PRO 1.4.2, and when I try to access “Export & Import” page, I am redirected to a page with message “Page not found”.

The User Meta Pro, Export & Import page was working until 10 days ago.

What may be happening and how can I solve it?

Is it happening only for the “Export & Import” page?
Did you update or edit the plugin recently?
Plugin conflicts can be responsible for that.
Can you share the URL of your “Export & Import” page to support(at)user-meta.com?

Answering your questions.
1 – Yes, only the Export & Import page that is giving this error.
2 – I did not edit the plugin, and did not update, I am using version 1.4.2 that I downloaded 3 weeks ago.
3 – How can I share the URL with support? My URL is: http://www.marketingviewer.com.br/wp-admin/admin.php?page=user-meta-import-export

Can you set a temp admin in your site and send the credentials to support(at)user-meta.com so the issue can be checked.

Hello,

It seems to be a plugin conflicts issue.
Just try deactivating the plugins temporarily one by one which you have installed/updated recently and find out which one is causing the issue.

Hello, I tried the test by disabling other plugins one by one to see if Export would work, but to no avail.
