Backend Profile Doesn't Update

Hi,

Having an issue where I can’t add ‘Available Fields’ to Fields in backend profile. The drag works fine but the button doesn’t ‘save’ or submit. Like the the Ajax isn’t firing.

I have tried with all plugins ‘deactivated’ and using the base Twentytwenty theme out of the box.

I have installed the DEV version and the latest version but the results are the same.
