    Hello,

    Somehow there are multiple instances of the same function in your installation.
    Try deleting the existing User Meta Pro copy and install a fresh copy again.

    Hello Abby,

    You can withdraw your old license from “User Meta >> Settings >> Update Credentials >> Withdraw License”, and validate the plugin in your new site.

    This can be also done with remote activation from https://user-meta.com/activation/.

    If both methods fail, please contact at support[at]user-meta.com.

    Hello,

    This can be caused by wrong file permission, file path or due to the security policy (via some plugin or hosting) blocking access to admin-ajax.php.

    Also, you can try changing the default address of WordPress page http to https or reverse from General Settings.

    If you want to re-install the plugin, deactivate and delete first and then install the new copy.
    This process will not delete any of your data. Although to be safe, you can export UMP data first from “User Meta >> Export & Import >> Export UMP”.

    Hello,

    Make sure you are using these export options right.
    Is there any Start or End Date specified in User Export form?
    Whatever configuration you set, is it produce 29 users in all instances?

    Hello Ross,

    Firstly, there is no known issue related to Learndash and Divi.
    Secondly, User Meta plugin follows the WordPress standard. Any kind of user operations is applied through WordPress user default database. It will not affect existing users.

    Hello,

    Yes, there is an addon “Personalize default User Meta forms” to customize these forms. Find it from: User Meta >> Add-ons >> Personalize default User Meta forms. You can put styling and classes in different areas from there. This might be helpful: https://user-meta.com/add-ons/edit-default-form/.
