Hello Mary,
We were finalizing the stable version. After our primary testing we are collecting and fixing bugs which have been reported by users via this support forum. So sometime, when user report an issue, we solve it and add it to next release. This way, support topics were not ignored, but sometime not replied. Perhaps, we should respond more on the forum. You can create extra fields on User Meta >> Shared Fields and use those fields on bankend profile. To add fields on backend profile, please go to User Meta >> Settings >> Backend Fields Tab and drag from available fields.

We do not store any blog id for forms or fields. just make sure wp_options table are cloned properly. And what is the status of your license validation of each site? Is UMP for every site under the network shows active/validated? And which version of UMP you are using right now?

Hi,
You can use the plugin on the site where you have validated the license as long as you want. But you need to renew your license for getting new version update and support.

For switching the license with single site license, you have to first withdraw the license and then validate to another site. Thats how we can confirm that the license is being used on single site. For development purpose or any other difficulties, you can contact us by forum or contact us section. And we will obviously consider this.

However, as your site is not exists anymore, you can not withdraw the license. And I just set your account to validate one more site. Please try to validate your live site now.

Hi,

UMP store all user’s data to wp_users and wp_usermeta table as WordPress standard, so if you clone perfectly those two table, all user’s data should be accessible.

UMP uses wp_options table to store fields, forms and settings of UMP. More specifically,
we use following keys:
user_meta_config
user_meta_emails
user_meta_export
user_meta_fields
user_meta_forms
user_meta_history
user_meta_settings

So please check data for those keys in wp_options table.
