HTML code for file upload field is showing up

When i add file upload field and set it to required then follwing code appears near the field name:
<span class=”um_required”>*</span>
If i remove “required”, this code disappears. For other fields there is no problems.

Add red asterisk(*) to all required fields

I have added your code, and the html code disappeared, but the stars do not appear on those problematic fields. See same link. The last 2 field (before catcha) should have star but there ain’t any.
