Hi,

I tried this with no luck and also updated site to php 7.3 from 7.1 and got this error message Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 30 of the file /home/atufive1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta-pro/user-meta.php. Error message: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/atufive1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta-pro/vendor/autoload.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php71/root/usr/share/pear’)

Anyway of troublehshooting what is happenign?

Hello,

Some files might go missing while you installed the plugin.
That is why the plugin cannot locate a required file.
Try to uninstall and remove the plugin, then install it again cleanly.
Or set a temp admin and sent the credentials at “support(at)user-meta.com”
So the issue can be checked.
