    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I’m not able to suggest any specific plugin for that.
    But any plugin that maintains WordPress standard should be compatible with User Meta Pro.

    Hi,

    For a single site license, you have to transfer the license from one site to another.
    But you can contact support(at)user-meta.com to avail live site and the debug site validated together with a single site license.

    Hi,

    Try removing browser cache.

    Also, there might be a problem with the value of the Role field that you are entering.
    For example, the value of the Subscriber role is “subscriber”, the default role values are in lower case.

    Yes, Select One (radio) button should work like you described.

    This is an unusual case.
    Are you using the 2.2.1 version?
    Is the problem begins with a recent change or it was always there?

    You can try from another browser and delete the cache and check whether the problem is still there.

    Hello,

    You can put information on the checkbox field’s description. If a link of another page needed to placed there, you can do that with html link tag in the description box of the field.

    Another way is to make a separate HTML field with needed information just beside your checkbox field.

    Hello Irian,

    It can be a plugin conflicts issue. You can check whether it’s working by temporarily deactivating other plugins.

    If that’s not the case, try increasing the values of the following variables of your server.

    max_input_vars
    memory_limit
    post_max_size

    Also, it can be caused by your browser. In that case, try clearing browser cache and data.

    Hi,

    Try to do a manual upgrade.
    First, deactivate and uninstall the current User Meta Pro (don’t worry, your data won’t be lost).
    Then download the new version from https://user-meta.com/downloads/ and install the plugin by uploading the zip file.
