Hi,

Please describe in details, what you want to do and when the fatal error is appearing. It will be good if you can post your site url. Plus if you can make a temp admin it will be mush easier to check the issue. You can send about temp admin account to support(at)user-meta.com

No, your every settings will remain same. Just don’t try to update fields/forms before activating pro version.

Hi

Please download latest version from http://user-meta.com/downloads/ then completely remove existing user-meta directory then upload and install newly downloaded version.

Are you using any caching plugin? And please try version 1.1.7 as we have updated codebase for login widget/shortcode.

I recommend v1.1.7, although there are not major update for users export issue but latest version has major ui and functionality improvement with bug fixes. And it is safe to update, you will not lose any user’s data. Just completely remove existing user-meta directory and then upload new user-meta files.

Hi,

Until now, when you click export users, it tries to load all users data and put it onto csv files. I assume, you have a large numbers of Users that you tried to export. With future release, we shall introduce progressive users export. Until then, please try to filter users by date to maintain small numbers of users on a single export while exporting.

With version 1.1.7 default year range is: 1950:c
However, for “current Year – 100″:c use following in Year Range textbox: c-100:c

Hi Denis,

If you select a page and checked this checkbox, you will get profile link for each user on Users administration page.

Hi Denis,

On your registration page, put only email field with other fields. If you do not put username field on registration page, then the email address will be use as username.
