csv import : sending notification mail to all users even if option disabled

Hi ! First, thank you for this super cool plugin… It’s very complete and really helps me ! (especially for the shortcode per extra fields, which I struggled to find anywhere else… and so handy for customising pages and mails…)

I ran into an issue : when I update my user database via csv import (which I did a couple of times theses days, fine-tuning my spreadsheets and extra fields…), it occurred to send a notification mail to all my users even if option is unchecked ! resulting in “spam like” mails (it’s a company-wide support site, and people had not been informed yet about it…) and overdriving my outgoing mail limit !

Is this a known bug ?

Is there a workaround ?

I’m having a similar problem only more basic. Whenever I “Add New User” using /wp-admin/user-new.php and uncheck the “Send User Notification” checkbox “Send the new user an email about their account.” it send the new user a user registration e-mail regardless of whether the box is check or unchecked. The only way around it that I’ve found so far is to either disable the “User Meta Pro” plugin or check the “Disable this notification” under “User Meta” > “Email Notifications” > “User Registration E-mail” then “Save Changes”!!!
