Can anyone let let know did they get support from the contact page on the your account.
I have been trying to get User Meta Pro team to reset my license as I don’t have access to the old staging server I was using.
I have put in 4 contacts now go one reply saying:
“We are resetting your license. Please try to validate your license again.
Thanks.”
I can’t validate my license because I can see from within my control panel that the license is still stuck on the old staging server IP address and URL.
I just want to know am I wasting my time trying to get support from these guys.
