    You haven’t answered my request for two months. If you don’t find how to operate this basic function, it doesn’t matter but in this case, I ask you kindly to refund my purchase. Because I bought a plugin that I can’t use. Thank you in advance for your answer.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry for that but since I bought this plugin, I can not use it because a basic function does not work. Do I have to keep waiting or should I buy another plugin?

    I just noticed that this problem occurs when the text field is subject to a conditional logic.
    By removing the conditional logic, the problem disappears.
    Is it possible to correct this with CSS code?

    This means that the UMP plugin is sold as is, without maintenance? If so, this information should be provided prior to purchase.
