Thank you for the reply, i just upgrade to 1.4rc2, and show this error “Using User Meta Advanced plugin is depreciated. Please deactivate the plugin from plugins page and use Switch filter or action hooks, Override default WP emails, Personalize default User Meta forms add-on(s) instead.”
I deactivated UMPA and reCaptcha still not working.
