    In the Pro version how do we set the user role when they fill out a registration form? I’ve figured out pretty much everything but that.

    I need one form to create an Author, and another to create a Contributor.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I just bought the pro version today and can do almost all I need, except I need one registration form to create an Author, and another to Create a Contributor.

    I’ve tried using the “role” field as a hidden field to no avail. I also tried the “hook” in another thread, and all that does is creates role as “none”.

    Is there detailed instructions on setting users roles based on the form they fill out? Or can someone help me unlock this feature?

    owait. no it didn’t work.

    How do we override the default wordpress role assignment so we can assign different roles to different registration forms?

    This did not work for me.
