"User Activation" Email Notification Not Sending – Instead Stock Email Sending

We have created a “User Activation” email notification that we have used for a long time, but it stopped working and now we are seeing an email with the subject line: “[SITE NAME]Account Approves” and the message of “Your account has been approved on ——.com”

No matter what I do I cannot get rid of this email and have our email notification setup in your plugin be sent.

I have tried to disable and enable again this notification.

I have deleted email notification, saved, and recreated.

I have installed the Advanced plugin and told it to override the default registration email notice.

No matter what I do this email is being sent instead of the custom message we created. I also do not see any place on the website that shows this stock email notification and have also contacted WooCommerce directly through chat and they do not recognize this message as part of their or WordPress’s default notifications.

PLEASE HELP THESE MESSAGES ARE GOING OUT TO ALL OF OUR MEMBERS AND HAVE A TYPO IN THE SUBJECT AND ALSO DON’T PROVIDE THE PROPER INFO.

We have just updated our subscription to your plugin Today so that our support will be current, so we paid the $39 really just to get an answer to this problem.
