Use the same registration form on Multisite install

Hello everybody and happy hollidays.

I was wondering if where is some way that I can use the same form for different sites in a multisite setup? Or perhaps even choose from different forms, all depending on what site I setup?

Right now I’m working on setting up a registration form for a Multisite-site and this form should be the main form for most sites..

Has anyone had experiences with this?
