Do you have any documentation about the extra parameters used in the shortcode below?

What I want to do is send the email notification to 2 people, one could be just CC’d. Is this possible?

Also, is it possible to output the form fields into the email Message?

Hi, UMP doesn’t support extra shortcode parameters. To customize form you will need to use action or filter hooks provided by UMP
