Send email notification to editor role

Hello,
I get a user with editor role and I would like him to receive email notification when a new user registers.
For now, only admin can receive email notification.
Is that possible?

Please put following code to functions.php (under current theme)

add_filter( 'user_meta_admin_email_recipient', 'changeAdminEmails' );
add_filter( 'user_meta_admin_email_receiver', 'changeAdminEmails' );
function changeAdminEmails( $pre ) {
    $emails = (array) $pre;
    $users = get_users( array( 'role' => 'Editor' ) );
    foreach ( $users as $user )
        $emails[] = $user->user_email;
    
    return array_unique( $emails );
}
