Are you looking for automated or manual solution?

Manual:
You as the admin can reset the user password manually by editing their wordpress profile, on wp-admin page you can edit the user and change their password.

The regular WP login mechanism offers a reset password feature. How to accomplish this with user meta?

Forget Password feature will be added with User Meta Pro version 1.1.2
