Reset Button

I may have already seen this, but can’t find it.

I would like a button that will reset an entire form to blank values.

Maybe I should explain better.

I use the forms as steps through a process. At the end I would like to have a form that shows all the fields and a single button that will clear all the fields. Has anyone tried this?

Would the following work for me?:
