Redirect after Form Submission

I have just a normal form that is being used for user who are already logged in.
[user-meta-profile form="Form_Name"]

Is there a way I can redirect the user to another page after they submit the form?

Add this to your functions.php

add_action( 'user_meta_after_user_update', 'profile_update_redirect', 10, 2 );
function profile_update_redirect( $response, $form ){

	global $userMeta;

		switch($form){
	
		case 'your_form_name_1':		
	        echo $userMeta->jsRedirect( 'http://www.google.com/1' );
		break;		

		case 'your_form_name_2':		
	        echo $userMeta->jsRedirect( 'http://www.google.com/2' );
		break;
		}
	}	
}
