I’ve had pro for a long time an always update with new versions are available. The last update keep all my settings but it dropped to non-pro and users cannot log in. How do I get pro back or roll back to the prior working version? Should I avoid updates in the future (there are no new features I need).
I manually downloaded pro (1.1.7.1). It wouldn’t install as it found the user-meta directory already existed. I renamed the directory and reinstalled it again and it worked. I’m back up and running again! Great product but it looks like the update process needs work. I guess I’ll avoid updates unless really needed.
We had some issue of updating process with version 1.1.6, we had fixed it with version 1.1.7.1.
Hopefully it will not happen anymore. However, it is always better to do a little check after update.
Thanks.
