Plugin Install Redirect Loop

When i install this plugin into my site it creates a redirect loop at login (even wp-admin) and I can’t use/get into dashboard of my site nor can any user login. How to fix?

Which version of WordPress you are using? Are you using a custom theme? Do you have access to server logs?

The answers of the above questions will help us to find the issue.

yes of course to logs
theme is avada by theme fusion – https://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/
wordpress 4.1.1

redirect was on fresh install. I did also try to reinstall backup of last version from previous site – it worked until I upgraded.

this is error now gives

Fatal error: Class ‘WP_List_Table’ not found in /home/remote/public_html/wp-content/plugins/user-meta/models/classes/umFormsListTableClass.php on line 4

and when I open that file these are first 6 lines … not sure what to change

I’m having the same issue when I downgraded from 1.1.7 to 1.1.6 What is the resolution ?

Found a solution.

If the class doesn’t exist then just add it. Add these lines to the top of the file umFormsListTableClass.php

* Check that ‘class-wp-list-table.php’ is available
*/
if(!class_exists(‘WP_List_Table’)) :
require_once(ABSPATH . ‘wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php’);
endif;
