Pagination not working

Hi,

I’ve created a registration form with pagination, but it is not working. I’ve followed the doc and created page headers as instructed. The previous / next buttons appear, but everything is shown on the same page.

I’ve sent you the link to my site through the contact form as I do not yet want to display the address publicly. I very much hope to get a quick answer, since pagination is one of the features that made me purchase the plugin.
