Whilst waiting for UMP to reply, you might want to try disabling all plugins except for UMP, and then test it out to see if there is any change (to check if there is a plugin conflict that’s causing it not to work).
Please ensure, you have set up the Password page correctly under “Settings >> Login >> Reset Password Page”. Clicking “View Page” there should take you to the reset password option.
If everything is right, try creating a page with this shortcode [user-meta type=reset-password] and set the page as “Reset Password Page”.
