License withdrawal/activation

Hi,

I have a UMP license that needs to be assigned to a different domain (dev domain -> production domain). I can’t login via the UMP plugin to perform the withdrawal myself, and the form at user-meta.com/activation both fail with the error, “Your single site license already used in: *****.dev”.

I emailed support@user-meta.com four days ago but haven’t yet received a response. Is it possible to get a response today on this issue?

If this issue is not solved yet, can you please send the URL which needs to be activated with your UMP username to support(at)user-meta.com.
