How do you differentiate between forms?

I have two forms, named: “Member List” and “Treasurer”.

The following shortcode shows the correct form, with our with-out the form option.

[members-list search=true alpha=true pagination=true pagination2=true sort=true form="Member Data"]

But, the following shortcode also shows the same form as above even though the form is declared as different.

[members-list type="profile" form="Treasurer"]

1- How can I list the correct form?

2- Why does the 1st example works OK when no form is defined even though there are two forms?

Hello, shortcode “members-list” is not a shortcode from UMP. Unfortunately, so far UMP doesn’t provide a shortcode for users listing.
