Form not saving but no error description

The form will often not save but it does not give a reason and it is very time consuming to resolve and then sometimes it saves for no reason.

All i need is a reason description

Thank you for your reply
I don’t know how to install the Dev version.
It is not possible to upload while the existing version is in place either active or inactive and I am reluctant to delete and lose any current data.

Just in case, you are still stuck in that problem:

1. Deactivate and uninstall the present version of UMP (No, it won’t delete any data. But for safety, you should make a backup through UMP export).
2. Download, upload and install the Dev/new version of UMP.

That’s it.
