As soon as I activate User meta pro, my dashboard slows down to a crawl, often times it just times out and I get an error 504. As soon as I deactivate it, my site is back to speed again. Ive deleted older versions, purchased a new latest version, deleted other plugins, deactivated all other plugins, nothing seems to help.
its still happening for me, try going back to the plugins page in the dashboard, it just spins and spins, sometimes timing out, sometimes finally showing the plugins page. I just errored out.
Im still super slow in the dashboard area, I dont have it configured yet so I haven’t tested anything on the front end.
also, I just got a new licence as my last once expired last year, I am trying to use it on a dev server http://www.naidevsite4.us but its saying its already in use for germanlightproducts.com – how can I transfer it to naidevsite4.us until the new site is completed and I move it over to germanlightproducts.com?
Well, I have added your dev server to license list. Now you can able to validate it. Please try again.
For response time, it seems okay from here, without server log it is tough to identify the issue. And if it is possible, please upgrade your PHP version to latest one (5.6)
can I give you cpanel access, would that help? I looked at the error logs in there but there was nothing in it. Also, if your in the dashboard, click around some, then click on the plugins page, for me, it spins for about 2 full minutes before either showing the plugins page or timing out. This densest happen when the plugin is deactivated.
Have you tested going back and forth from the plugins page? Its really impossible to do anything. If I cant resolve this I dont think I will be able to use the plugin. Could I send you cpanel access?
