MemberHi,
Which version of UMP you are using? 1.1.8rc1 or 1.1.7.1?
Could you please check your server error log.
Thanks.

MemberI have tried both versions. how can I check my server error log?
June 14, 2016 at 12:08 am #7896Khaled
MemberIt depends on which server your are using (e.g. /var/log/)
Is it possible to set a temp admin for me? if so, please use support(at)user-meta.comThanks.

MemberIt looks good here with Firefox too. What about front-end for you?
June 14, 2016 at 12:37 am #7902neuroticartist
MemberIm still super slow in the dashboard area, I dont have it configured yet so I haven’t tested anything on the front end.
also, I just got a new licence as my last once expired last year, I am trying to use it on a dev server http://www.naidevsite4.us but its saying its already in use for germanlightproducts.com – how can I transfer it to naidevsite4.us until the new site is completed and I move it over to germanlightproducts.com?
June 14, 2016 at 12:49 am #7903Khaled
MemberWell, I have added your dev server to license list. Now you can able to validate it. Please try again.
For response time, it seems okay from here, without server log it is tough to identify the issue. And if it is possible, please upgrade your PHP version to latest one (5.6)
Thanks.

Membercan I give you cpanel access, would that help? I looked at the error logs in there but there was nothing in it. Also, if your in the dashboard, click around some, then click on the plugins page, for me, it spins for about 2 full minutes before either showing the plugins page or timing out. This densest happen when the plugin is deactivated.

MemberHave you tested going back and forth from the plugins page? Its really impossible to do anything. If I cant resolve this I dont think I will be able to use the plugin. Could I send you cpanel access?

MemberAlso when in the plugins page, try to disable and enable a plugin, like the User Meta Advanced or something.
