    Hi there, for some reason I’m not able to edit the forms setting or layout. I see the list of forms I have but when I click on edit for a specific form, it takes me to the editing setting page for the form but the page is blank. See attached screen shot.

    Is it possible to set a temp admin account for support(at)user-meta.com to check and resolve the issue on your site.
