Dropdown "Allowed Roles" and registration didn't work

Hi,

I have installed UMP and UMAdvanced.

I have made a test registration form, made some extra roles with the plugin “User Role Editor” and I want, after fill in this registration form, add the use to the TestRole. But it didn’t work.

I cann’t made a selection in the dropdown menu “Allowed Roles”; it stays on “None selected”.
I can select in “Default Role” the TestRole but the user is always a subscriber (like the “new user default role” in the WP settings).
I have, after this prob, deleted al the extra roles and the testrole, deactivate the plugin “User Role Editor” but no changes. It’s still not working.

We have the Avada Theme, but in our testsite we have a default WP theme with the Free version from UM, and it also didn’t work.
I’m looking in the UMP demo site and there I can open the dropdown “Allowed Roles” & made a selection.

Can someone help me please.

I’m looking around here an there and fou this:

When I see in the code and I delete “multiselect-container dropdown-menu”, the I can see all my roles and can make a selection.

Or is it something about Javascript?

We are working in a company, maybe a firewall prob, or something on the webserver?

Please give advice because otherwise I need to look for an other plugin I think.
