I just want to have this plugin load above other custom fields in the backend. and didn’t see the option in the settings to order it. What should i call to hook it in my functions.php to move it just below the default WP fields on the back end profile page?

You can change order of backend profile field from User Meta >> Settings (backend Profile). Drag-Drop and you can also change order of field there.
