Captcha does not work / page does not load

Hi,

If I add a Captcha field into the registration form, the entire page does not load: it just stops after the page title.

I have ReCaptcha working on another page so I am not sure what could be wrong.

Hello,
reCaptcha using by other plugin is conflicting. Please try with disabling with other reCaptcha related plugin.

Thank you very much for the quick reply.

Although that did fix the problem, it seems that I cannot use the other plugin at all, even if I don’t use Captcha with it.

The other plugin is for a “contact us” form.

Will there be a fix to enable it to work with other Captcha plugins at the same time, or is this a general limitation that cannot be fixed?

Hi,

I have downloaded the latest version. The Captcha now displays correctly but when I try to register the page just hangs indefinitely.

Is there something else I need to configure? Or do I still need to remove the other Captcha?

Hi again,

It seems that the Captcha now does not work, even if all other Captcha’s on the site have been removed.

When you click “register” the submission hangs and you cannot register.

I would be grateful if you could look into this…
