    I can’t import a CSV file of new users in a multisite installation. I have added “csv” to the allowed file types for upload in my multisite network settings, but that did not solve the problem.

    When I try to upload a CSV file, nothing happens and I see a “0” appear on the page. I am also unable to import my user-meta settings from another export (TXT file).

    I just updated to the latest version of WordPress (3.9) and I am running the latest version of user meta (1.1.5).

    Hi, Is it posible to set a temp admin on your site to check the issue? You can sent login data to support(at)user-meta.com

    I just added you as an admin user so you should have received the email with login details.

    I’m still unable to import a CSV file. Any luck on figuring out what the problem is?

    Did you get this working, as i can’t get nothing to import, bad bad plugin and customer service
