Pro version, Pre-Activated:

Using a shortcode/login form on a page, I cannot login.

I simply get a +-1″ displayed above the “Lost your password?” link. If I go to /wp-admin, the login works correctly. (However, I must have set the preferences to block/redirect from that page as I cannot go there any longer. Good thing this is a local/test site!)

Probably should have included: WordPress v.3.4.1, no other plugins

Hello,
Please try with checking “Disable AJAX submit” checkbox at (User Meta >>Settings >>Login )
