Can I remove the onfocusout javascript verification?

I’d like to remove the onfocusout verification on fields in a user-meta form I use for registering and have the red errors show up only when Register button is pressed, not when a field loses focus.

Ideally I’d like them removed for that form only, but if it’s not possible to remove for just one form, I’ll remove it for all my forms.

Is there any easy way to do this? Thank you.

You can comments following lines:

Note: you need to use ajax submit to allow validation while hit submit button.
