Avatar Issue over WP 3.8 Multisite

Greetings,
we are very pleased with the selection of your product (plugin) USER-META PRO over WordPress 3.8 Multisite, but I have the following problem with its integration to the project:

USER META installed as described in the instructions and did EXPORT/INPORT all custom user fields to each microsite (everything works fine), but only the avatars are not displayed correctly

The problem is that replacing URL REFFERRER. Clarification all users have access to all microsites.

Is it possible not to record avatars NO to every blog and in a separate clamshell (ex: /wp-content/avatars/ )

I will ask for guidance on what to configure – apparently this problem is only with us – see almost all the forum for a similar problem.

out the following problem with DEFAULT AVATAR (see JPG file) … the problem is that the added WP-CONTENT without file finally
