Hello, currently when new user is registered, the notification for admin will be sent to the email that you specify in General Settings of the wordpress.

Is there anyway to make it so that all users with Admin privilege will receive the notification?

Hello, right now that is not included with User Meta. We’ll keep this as enhancement.
