PaulSeptember 18, 2012 at 10:25 pm #2121KhaledMemberHello Paul,
You are able to validate your license from your local instance as well as live one. Go to User Meta >> Settings and provide necessary data to validate your license.
Thanks.
September 25, 2013 at 12:43 am #4274michaelharperMemberI have the same problem and error. The server is behind a firewall and there is no way for it to communicate with the User Meta site. I cannot use the user-meta.com/activation/ form either for the same reason. How can I manually validate the license?

Download and install pro version from http://user-meta.com/downloads/
go to User Meta >> settings and put your email and password for http://user-meta.com to validate your license.September 25, 2013 at 5:16 pm #4276michaelharperMemberYes, I have and get the error message in the subject line. I think that our firewall is blocking whatever it is the form is attempting to do. I do not have a way around this. Is it possible you can just give me a license key that I can install?
Mike
September 28, 2013 at 2:48 am #4283SupportMemberUnfortunately we there is no license key, Validation procedure require to communicate with UMP server, however is is possible to give temporary admin account to us by “Contact Us” section to manually validate it.
Thanks.October 2, 2013 at 10:47 pm #4331michaelharperMemberUnfortunately, like I said before, this machine is behind a firewall and there is no way for you to get to it. It might be possible for me to access your website from the plug-in if it knows how to utilize a proxy service. Can it read an environment variable with proxy and authentication information or can I give it the information some other way?
If not, then we cannot use the plug-in and I will have to withdraw my credit card payment and cancel the purchase.
