    Hello,

    I am using version 1.1.6 of UserMetaPro. I have WordPress 3.9.1. I know this question has been asked many times on your forum, but I have tried all the suggestions there and still have found no answer.

    My issue is that I can not save/delete/alter any fields/forms – whenever I do, I receive a ‘0’ and the forms do not save. I have 11 forms in total and a total of 100 fields.

    I have tried:

    – deleting cookies/cache
    – updating/rolling back plugin to different version (I had some brief success with the free version of version 1.1.5, but then updating to the latest version/pro version brought me back to the same problems)
    – increasing values in php.ini (I currently have max_input_vars = 100000, post_max_size = 500M, memory_limit = 512M, max_execution_time = 300, upload_max_filesize = 99M)
    – deactivated all other plugins (UserMetaPro is the only active plugin)

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Hello,
    Primary reason of this issue is, max_input_vars and post_max_size. Please make sure, your changes has applied and working correctly. You can check server configuration by running phpinfo()

    Already done that, and the phpinfo() shows the relevant changes.

    Any other ideas? Can I email you with a login?
