    Have you tried resetting the password manually and then trying as your customer in the normal way and not as admin?

    If you are using wordpress then you need to install the Login Widget and in there you can rediect your users to a specific page. Hope this helps

    I had this same problem and had to FTP to the wp_contents directory and copy the user_meta directory (complete) then go to Admin section in WordPress / Plugins /installed plugins and scroll down to user_meta and select that.

    Please be advised the current version of User+Meta Pro does not work with WordPress 4.3 (That’s what i found and had to remove it again)
