neuroticartistMemberHave you tested going back and forth from the plugins page? Its really impossible to do anything. If I cant resolve this I dont think I will be able to use the plugin. Could I send you cpanel access?

neuroticartistMembercan I give you cpanel access, would that help? I looked at the error logs in there but there was nothing in it. Also, if your in the dashboard, click around some, then click on the plugins page, for me, it spins for about 2 full minutes before either showing the plugins page or timing out. This densest happen when the plugin is deactivated.
neuroticartistMemberIm still super slow in the dashboard area, I dont have it configured yet so I haven’t tested anything on the front end.
also, I just got a new licence as my last once expired last year, I am trying to use it on a dev server http://www.naidevsite4.us but its saying its already in use for germanlightproducts.com – how can I transfer it to naidevsite4.us until the new site is completed and I move it over to germanlightproducts.com?

neuroticartistMemberHello and no, this update did not work I am not able to figure it out, sorry for the late response but we had just disabled this option and moved on. but now my client either wants me to fix it or find another plugin, Id much rather fix it and would appreciate any help you can give me.

neuroticartistMemberwow, thats it? no more assistance with this issue? your “upgrade the software” answer didnt work, I dont mind paying for software but I do expect at lease SOME kind of support for that money, at this point I think that so called “support” is pretty damn horrible. how often do you even get on this forum and answer questions? or do you ignore the ones that require more than an easy answer?
neuroticartistMemberI removed the previous version and installed the latest dev (User Meta Pro 1.1.6rc1 (May 11, 2014))and I am still having the same issue.
