I downloaded the dev version.

If I uncheck the “Anyone can register” box, no one will be able to register right? I do want ppl to register, just dont want bots to spam me.

When I try to go to https://japanizedworld.com/register/ (when being logged out) which is my registration page, it redirects me to this url https://japanizedworld.com/login/?registration=disabled, and I can’t register any new accounts.

Is there another way to stop the bots?

Ok, I found out what was causing the problem.

It was just the settings of my host server. WAF(Web Application Firewall) was on and was blocking any access to admin-ajax.php.
I just deactivated WAF and everything worked fine.

I checked my plugins’ settings via dashboard but i only found one plugin having the option to enable ajax
I enabled it and tried again but nothing changed. still loading forever.

Is there another way to check what plugin is blocking ajax, or is there another reason why the problem is occuring?
