I thought it was automatic, cause the description sounds like this.
Is this filter (Fliter Hook: user_meta_pre_user_register** (since 1.1.2)) still active? Cause I use it still. But in the documentation there are 2 asterixes but I dont know what they say.

My Adminstrator from allinkl.com told me, that the LIMIT is standard set to 200MB. So there must be something wrong with the plugin file size.

Hello Khaled,

can you please explain how to set the max file size?
In the field there is written 1024, so I need to put 10240 inside for 10MB.

Now I look in the code…

if ( isset($field['max_file_size']) )
$maxsize = $field['max_file_size'] * 1024;

Line 300 in /user-meta-pro/views/generateField.php

So, I only need to put 10 inside. But this is not working, too.

SORRY I did not see the new Version: User Meta Pro 1.1.8rc1 (June 11, 2016)

It works! But ONLY if the image does not have big letters.

What settings?
I cant upload images bigger 1 MB even when I insert 10240 KB.
I looked in the core there is something fixed set to 1024.

When i force cropping, the plugin saved 2 images in file folder. the original and the one with big letters.

This must be something from the plugin.

Hello Khaled,

ther are still problems with the AVATAR upload.

1. the filesize does not work.
2. if I force cropping the image, then it creates a second smaller image in the folder with extension .JPG
3. the cropped image will not be deleted by DELETING or UPDATING the avatar

It would be nice if you can take a closer look at these problems. Right now the avatar funtion is a little bit useless for me.

Hello Khaled,

perfect that works fine now.

But there is another little error…I cant change the “maximum file size” I set it to 10240 (10MB) but this does not work…event if I enter 10240KB it does not let me upload images bigger 1MB.
