Wrong login, page scrambles | User Meta Pro - WordPress user management plugin

Hi

On the site I’m working I have a front end login page.

http://stragglersofasia.burnbake.net/wp/members/member-login/

All works fine until someone enters a wrong password: The page resfreshes and two login forms on top of another appears on a scrambled page. No error message either.

The settings are set to redirect the succesful login to home and it does so when the login is succesful. The trouble is when the password is not correct.

The page gives the expected error when the user ID is wrong. It fails when the password is wrong.

Please guide me to correct this.
