User Profile Info Not Saving In Database

I’ve recently started having a problem with User Meta Pro 1.1.3.1 and WordPress 3.5.2

When I try to edit a user’s profile information (email address or password) the changes do not save in the database. I took a look in phpMyAdmin just to verify that it’s not updating.

When I disable User Meta Pro it’s working fine, but when I have it active I can’t save changes on profiles.

I have the same issue: changing e-mail does not save in database…

I just installed User Meta Pro 1.1.6rc3 but still facing the same issue.
Changes of the e-mail address is not saved into the database.
Any other idea to solve this problem?

It could be a plugin conflict. Please temporarily disable other plugin to see which one is conflicting. If still you have this issue then, if it is possible, set a temp admin account for me to check the issue. (under email support(at)user-meta.com). Thanks.

Got it! It is indeed a plugin conflict with Tribulant Newsletter.
Both plugins on : WORKS NOT!
User Meta Pro off / Newsletter on: WORKS!
User Meta Pro on / Newsletter off: WORKS!
Is there anything you could do about this? Do we have to see with Tribulant also?
