I can’t save any updates to the user meta settings. Trying to customize the Backend Profile. When I have “save” I just get the spinning icon forever. I can make and save edits to “Fields” and “Forms” no problem.

Hello,

Can you please check js error on your browser console for any js error. If it is possible, you can send temporary admin account to support(at)user-meta.com so that we can check and solve the issue.

This is the error I saw in console:

“event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.”

Does that help?
