I bought this plugin hping it would export and import user data and meta

this is what i got with the user meta export on a first try…

I do not kno wthat this is useful for portability and updateablility

please explain why my data is is encrytpted

i want to understand why it is a benefit to me and why it wasnt mentioned n the presales that this iw what i would get

I’m not from the support team, but i did the same thing and I was exporting the configuration of User Meta, not precisely the users… that is done below, ehre it says “User Export” … there you are supposed to select the fields you want to export and then you click “export” and you get a CSV file with all the data…

are you saying you can export user meta and user info all in one csv file , edit it and import it?

In User Meta >> Export and Import, There are three block by default.

1. Export & Import User Meta Pro: Here you can export all of plugin configuration as text file and import them to another or same site. Data of text file are serialized and encrypted to contain its consistency.

2. User Import: here you can import users with meta data directly from any csv file.

3. User Export (default): here you can export all of your users from your WP with meta data to csv file, this also include some level of filtering.
