Hi There,
I purchased a pro license, 08/12. However, when I attempt to “validate” the email address/password I used to register, the plugin to seem to enter into “pro” mode.

Can someone help me with this?

Hello, Please download version 1.1.3 from http://user-meta.com/downloads/
Deactivate and delete existing version of User Meta plugin then install newly downloaded version.

I’m having the same problem. I have deactivated, deleted and reinstalled…
Still not working :-(.
